Kentucky Workout


One of the drills we will be doing daily is called Kentucky Workout.
It is a ball handling drill and you will perform the following moves
as you drive to the basket for a layup.
Crossover dribble
Hesitation dribble
Stutter step dribble
In/Out dribble
Behind the back dribble

When the team is finalized we will be doing most of
our drills left-handed.
