Tryouts start on Monday Oct 12th. Must have completed sports physical on file. If you make the team we will be having practice on Saturday at LCHS. The high school coaches will be putting on a clinic.
One of the drills we will be doing daily is called Kentucky Workout. It is a ball handling drill and you will perform the following moves as you drive to the basket for a layup. Crossover dribble Hesitation dribble Stutter step dribble In/Out dribble Behind the back dribble
When the team is finalized we will be doing most of our drills left-handed.
